SDET Manager at BairesDev

As an SDET Manager, you'll manage a team of SDETs, overseeing all aspects of test automation and quality assurance. Your role involves strategic planning, resource management, and aligning testing strategies with organizational goals, maintaining a focus on enhancing the overall software quality and development process.

What you will do

- Manage the overall direction and strategy of the testing and quality assurance department.
- Develop and oversee a team of SDETs and QA professionals, ensuring effective resource allocation and team development.
- Align testing strategies with organizational goals and software development methodologies.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software through efficient testing processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other leaders to make strategic decisions regarding software quality and testing.
- Oversee the implementation of test automation infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What we are looking for

- 8+ years of experience in software testing and development, with significant leadership responsibilities.
- Strong background in managing quality assurance teams and test automation projects.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation of testing frameworks across multiple projects.
- Expertise in resource allocation, team management, and mentoring.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement in software quality and testing efficiency.
- Advanced level of English.
