We’re a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency based in the U.S., and we’re on the hunt for dynamic, high-energy Sales Development Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first voice our clients’ prospects hear—introducing innovative products and services, creating interest, and setting the stage for high-value business conversations.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Making outbound calls to potential B2B leads using curated lists and proven scripts
- Presenting client solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers
-Qualifying prospects based on needs, readiness, and potential fit
- Handling objections professionally and guiding conversations toward appointment booking
- Following up with warm leads to keep the momentum going
-Scheduling and confirming meetings on behalf of our clients
- Maintaining accurate records of activities and conversations in our CRM
- Collaborating closely with clients to improve messaging and conversion strategies

Who We're Looking For:
- Charismatic, confident, and engaging communicator
- Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
- Previous experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles (e.g. retail, hospitality) is a strong plus
- Great at thinking on your feet and building rapport quickly
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable adapting to various industries and business models
- Strong English speaking and listening skills
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home setup

Compensation:
Base Salary: Bolivian Boliviano 6,919/month
Plus performance-based bonuses and commissions

Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
