Sales and system implementation specialist - (Remote and travels)

Location: remote, regular business trips across Latin America

We’re looking for a motivated, open-minded, and trainable professional eager to grow their career and take on new challenges. In this role, you’ll support clients and implement the Horizon inventory system across Latin America, collaborating closely with our team in Lithuania and partners abroad. Your work will combine client communication, system setup, user training, and basic SQL tasks — with full training provided.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Installing and configuring the Horizon inventory management system for new clients
- Adjusting system parameters to match the client's business needs
- Training users to work with Horizon — from the interface to basic operations
- Executing basic SQL queries (introductory training provided)
- Collaborating with the team in Lithuania and clients in Latin America
- Regular business trips to Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and other countries in the region
- Participating in online meetings and supporting clients remotely

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Speaks Spanish fluently — this is the main language for client communication
- Speaks English and/or Russian — for internal communication
- Is open to learning and wants to grow in IT and automation
- Is communicative, can ask questions, listen, and offer help
- Is ready for regular travel to other countries
- Has basic computer literacy and isn’t afraid of command-line tools or new software

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU:
- Have a European Union passport — this simplifies travel arrangements
- Have experience with IT systems, SQL, WMS or ERP (not required but nice to have)
- Understand logistics, inventory, or retail operations

BENEFITS:
-Salary: USD 1000–1400 (net)
