What you'll do:
Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective strategies.
Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a perfect match for both the company and the candidate.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Use various recruitment tools and social media platforms to attract diverse talent.
Track and report recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

What we're looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate candidates and assess their fit for the company culture.
Familiarity with recruiting platforms.
Fluency in English (B2 or higher).
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
