A startup in the field of digital marketing is recruiting a Customer Support Representative!

This is a long-term position within a fast-growing company.

General description:

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will communicate with our customers through the following tasks:

• Analysis, understanding, and processing of customer requests for optimal orientation
• Inform customers of technical problems and the modifications to be made
• Diagnose and report malfunctions described by users
• Ensure customer satisfaction by being proactive

Profile of the ideal candidate:

• Highly proficient in the written English language

(IMPORTANT Please do not apply if your English is not up to a professional standard. Customer communication is predominantly through email, so you need to have excellent written English)
• A good command of computer and office tools.

This is a full-time position

The position involves a 2-week paid onboarding training where you will learn how to use our software.

Working hours: 35 hours or more per week
